Meet the Team
Mona Quintieri
Owner & Licensed Massage Therapist
Welcome to Allora Massage! My mission is to help you unwind and release tension in overstressed muscles, bringing your body back into alignment and promoting a more natural, healthy, and flexible state.
I approach every session with professionalism and competence, partnering with you to cultivate wellness and balance. Whether your focus is on alleviating chronic pain, supporting prenatal health, or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation, I tailor each treatment to meet your unique needs. My techniques include neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, active isolated stretching, manual lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release.
I graduated with honors from Ashmead College in 2006 after completing 800 hours of training and earning certifications in Aromatherapy and Massage Therapy. I further enhanced my skills with advanced classes at Bastyr University before establishing a thriving practice from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, I was recruited to help build a successful medical-legal business, where I contributed until 2020.
In 2017, I moved to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley and now live in Stevensville, Montana, with my husband and our dogs. I’m passionate about helping others and look forward to being a part of your wellness journey!
Camaryn Crowley
Licensed Massage Therapist
With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in pre-natal massage and injury rehabilitation. I launched my career in 2009 after completing my training at The American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho, where I developed a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
My background includes working in a physical therapy office, where I gained extensive experience assisting post-operative patients recovering from knee, hip, shoulder, and hand surgeries. This experience equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the body’s recovery process, allowing me to offer personalized treatments that promote healing and mobility.
As a lifelong Hamilton resident, I’m grateful to serve my community and am dedicated to providing compassionate, results-driven care. My husband, two young children, and I are proud to call Hamilton our home, and I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey.
Lorna Griffin
Licensed Massage Therapist
Lorna Griffin, a native of Hamilton, Montana, and raised on her family’s dairy farm in Corvallis, has always been passionate about health and wellness. After excelling in Track and Field at Corvallis High School, Lorna earned a scholarship to Flathead Valley Community College, where she graduated with an Associate of Arts degree. She then attended Seattle Pacific University, graduating with honors and earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Biology.
Lorna’s athletic career reached extraordinary heights when she made both the 1980 and 1984 U.S. Olympic Teams in Discus and Shot Put. While the 1980 team was unable to compete due to the U.S. boycott of the Moscow Olympics, Lorna proudly represented her country in the 1984 Los Angeles Games. Throughout her career, she also excelled in volleyball, basketball, powerlifting, and weightlifting, setting several national and world records. Notably, she became the first American woman to break the 200-foot mark in Discus, shattering the American record multiple times.
During her time as an athlete, Lorna discovered the benefits of massage therapy for recovery and injury prevention, which led her to pursue a 1,000-hour certification program at the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Costa Mesa, California. After becoming a licensed massage therapist, she established her own practice and gained experience working in chiropractic offices, gyms, and spas across Southern California.
With 39 years of experience, Lorna has mastered a wide range of techniques, including Swedish, Sports, Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Thai Foot Reflexology, Myoskeletal Alignment, and soon, Medical Massage. She continually expands her knowledge to maintain her National Board Certification in Massage Therapy, integrating the best aspects of each modality to create personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
Lorna is thrilled to be back in the Bitterroot Valley, providing massage therapy to help her community feel better, move better, and live healthier lives.
